Four things, handled.
Most owners know they should be doing all of this. Almost none of them have a spare evening to do it. That's the whole job.
-
Website, built and looked after
A clean, fast site that works on a phone — what you sell, where you are, when you're open, how to reach you. I build it, host it, and keep it updated. No website builder subscriptions, no half-finished page nobody maintains.
-
Google Business Profile
This is the one that gets missed, and it's the one that puts you on Google Maps. Set up properly with photos, hours, categories and posts, so that when someone searches for what you sell near where you are, you're the result — not the shop two streets over.
-
Facebook and TikTok, posted consistently
Regular content that actually goes out, week after week. Consistency beats clever — a page that posts twice a week for a year will do more for you than one brilliant video and then silence.
-
Getting found by AI assistants
People increasingly ask ChatGPT or Google's AI for a recommendation instead of scrolling a list. Those tools pull from your website, your Google profile and what's written about you online. I make sure there's something accurate for them to find.
I'll build your website for free.
Not a trial, not a stripped-back version. A real site, built for your business, at no cost. You pay a simple monthly fee to keep it live, hosted and maintained — and that's where I make my money.
- Build cost
- £0Nothing. I design it, write it and put it live.
- Then
- From £29A month, covering hosting, updates and changes when you need them.
- The domain
- YoursRegistered in your name. It's yours, permanently.
- Commitment
- 12 monthsA 12-month minimum, then a month's notice whenever you like.
Why free?
Because a one-off build pays me once, and I'd rather have a client I look after for years. It only works if the site keeps earning its place — so it's on me to make sure it does. That's why there's a 12-month minimum: it's what lets me build the site for free, and it gives the work a full year to pay off.
How it actually goes.
-
A free review, no strings
I look at what you've got now — your Google listing, your socials, whether you turn up in local search, whether AI tools know you exist. You get an honest summary either way, whether you hire me or not.
-
A mock-up you can actually look at
Before you commit to anything, I build a version of your site and show it to you on screen. Much easier to judge something real than to imagine it from a description.
-
Live, then looked after
Site goes live, monthly fee starts, and I keep it current. Every month you get a short report — visits, Google searches, calls, direction requests. One page. Plain English.

It's a business expense
Website and marketing costs are normally an allowable business expense, so they reduce the profit you pay tax on. For a basic-rate sole trader, the £49 plan works out at under £40 a month once the tax saving is counted. Your accountant can confirm how it applies to you.

Send me your business name and I'll check what a customer sees when they search for you — Google, Maps, social, and whether AI assistants can find you. It's free, it takes me an hour, and there's no pitch attached unless you ask for one.
